Meer dan 30 jaar geleden bezochten wij voor de eerste keer de omgeving van Chamonix Mont-Blanc, een idylische plek die je eens in je leven moet bezocht hebben.  Vanaf de eerste moment (winter 1976) waren wij verkocht aan deze magnifieke omgeving, omgeven door de magnifieke bergen.  Deze plek bezorgt u een 360° panoramisch zicht dat nergens in Europa zo uniek is als in deze regio. Zowel winter en zomer kan u hier terecht voor het uitoefenen van de verschillende bergsporten (skieën, snowboarding, wandelen, hyken, parapente fly, bergbeklimming,  ...)  Verder vindt u in de stad gezellige café's, restaurant, shops enz.

More than 30 years ago we visited for the first time the area of Chamonix Mont-Blanc, an idyllic place that you should have visited once in your life. Wij bieden een appartement aan in het dorpje "Les Houches", gelegen vlakbij Chamonix Mont-Blanc.  Het appartement kan 5 personen herbergen en is gelegen in een residentieel appartementcomplex met alle comfort.

Het appartement bevat:

- slaapkamer met dubbelbed
- cabine met stapelbed (2 personen)
- kitchenette (incl. vaatwasser)
- FREE WIFI
- gezellige woonruimte met digitale TV (+ zetelbed voor 1 persoon)
- badkamer met douche
- apart toilet

- staanplaatsen auto

Het complex bevat ook een gezamenlijk overdekt zwembad en op 500 m is er een welnesscentrum. Talrijke winkels zijn in wandelafstand te bereiken.

De appartementen bevinden zich aan de voet van de skipistes van het ski-gebied "Les Houches-Prarion" waardoor u de wagen niet hoeft te gebruiken.

Een pendelbus brengt u binnen de kortste tijd naar het idylisch stadje "Chamonix".

De huurprijs begint vanaf 500 Euro in het laag-seizoen, tem 650 Euro in het hoog seizoen

We offer an apartment in the village of "Les Houches", located near Chamonix Mont-Blanc.
The apartment can take 5 people and is located in a residential apartment complex with all comfort.

< 500 m there is a wellness centre. Numerous shops are in walking distance.

The apartments are located at the foot of the ski slopes of the ski area "Les Houches-Prarion" where you do not need to use the car.

A shuttle bus takes you within the shortest time to the picturesque town of "Chamonix".
